The Media, Information and Communication Technologies Sector Education and Training Authority (MICT SETA) is pleased to announce an upcoming capacity building workshop aimed at enhancing the knowledge of our stakeholders in the implementation of quality learning programmes and the associated monitoring and evaluation processes.

The primary objective of this workshop is to equip stakeholders with the necessary information to improve the quality of performance information related to various learning programmes with specific focus on the following:
• Improving compliance and quality of learner information uploads on LMS.
• Communicate monitoring, reporting, and evaluation performance information requirements.
• Adherence to SLA terms and conditions.
• Implications on non-adherence to SLAs terms and conditions.
• Issues raised by internal and external auditors impacting the validity and integrity of reported achievements.
• M&E processes for onsite monitoring by the M&E Division (Announced and Unannounced site visits).
• Communicate updates on the LMS that affect performance information and disbursement.
All training providers and employers implementing MICT SETA funded programmes are required to attend this capacity building session.
