2021 Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey Report

The MICT SETA recently conducted a Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey for the 2020/2021 financial year. The primary focus of the study was to evaluate how effectively and efficiently the MICT SETA is achieving its mandate within the MICT sector.

The survey measured stakeholder satisfaction across a number of areas, including:

  • Leadership and Vision
  • Systems and Processes
  • Mediums of Communication
  • Responsiveness and Communication
  • Service delivery and Excellence
  • Brand
  • Product/Service Offering

To obtain reliable key insights, we conducted consultations with stakeholders such as yourself. These consultations were in the form of short interviews, focus group discussions and an online survey.
