The Media, Information and Communication Technologies Sector Education and Training Authority (MICT SETA) invites organisations within the sector to apply for Workplace Approval.

Workplace Approval is a critical step to ensure that organisations are accredited and authorised to provide structured workplace-based learning in line with MICT SETA and the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) requirements. This process confirms that workplaces are adequately equipped to support learners in achieving occupational competence.
