The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Media, Information and Communication
Technologies Sector Education and Training Authority (MICT SETA) will be hosted
on Friday, 08 November 2024 in accordance with clause 14(1) (3) of the MICT SETA
Constitution.

You Are Cordially Invited

All employee organisations, employer organisations and other interested
stokeholders within the Advertising, Film and Electronic Media, Electronics,
Information Technology and Telecommunications sub-sectors are invited to
attend.

Due to a limited number of seats, strictly 100 delegates will be permitted to
attend physically with a maximum of only two (2) delegates per organisation/
company

The Agenda of the meeting will include the following mandatory items:

Report of the Auditor General for the year 2023-24 | Annual Report on the
Accounting Authority’s affairs | Chief Financial Officer Overview: Annual Financial
Statements for the year 2023 – 24 | Annual Budget and Business Plan | Adoption of
minutes of the previous AGM held on 27 October 2023 | Report of the Audit and Risk
Committee | Matters raised by Stakeholders (with or without prior notice) | Passing
of Resolutions
