December Learner Stipend Payments

Dear Valued Stakeholder,

This notice serves as a courteous reminder of your contractual obligation to ensure that all approved learners receive their December stipends timeously and in full, in accordance with the provisions of the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Timely payment of learner stipends is critical to safeguarding learner welfare and ensuring the continuity of skills development programmes. Non-compliance with this obligation may constitute a material breach of the SLA. In such instances, the MICT SETA reserves the right to implement appropriate corrective action, which may include, but not limited to, contract termination and the blacklisting of Company Shareholders in accordance with National Treasury regulations.

We appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and your continued commitment to supporting the success and integrity of our programmes. Should there be any challenges in processing stipends, we encourage you to engage with the MICT SETA proactively.
