Submission of Invoices for MICT SETA Funded Learning Programmes

Dear Valued Stakeholders,

The MICT SETA would like to take this opportunity to address all stakeholders who are actively involved in the implementation of MICT SETA funded learning programmes. It has come to our attention that there are certain critical aspects to be adhered to when submitting DG invoices, which are essential for a smooth and efficient process.

In accordance with our ongoing commitment to transparency and compliance, we kindly request that you pay close attention to the following details when preparing and submitting your DG invoices:

    1. Recipient: Ensure that the invoices are addressed to the MICT SETA.
    2. Banking Details: Provide accurate banking details in alignment with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) copy.
    3. Contract Information: Include the contract number and invoice number for reference.
    4. Learner Details: Specify the number of learners covered by the invoice.
    5. Programme Description: Clearly describe the programme for which the disbursement is requested.
    6. Currency: Indicate the currency of the disbursement (e.g., R200).
    7. Tax Invoice: Ensure that the invoice clearly states “Tax Invoice.”
    8. Addresses: Provide the MICT SETA address as per the SLA copy and your company’s address in accordance with the SLA copy.
    9. Disbursement Details: Include the disbursement number and percentage as per the SLA disbursement schedule.

Before submitting your invoice, we urge you to verify that all Service Level Agreement (SLA) deliverables have been met. This will help expedite the processing of your invoice within the agreed-upon timelines as specified in the SLA.

Please submit your invoices, along with the required deliverables in accordance with the SLA disbursement schedule, to the following email address: DGINVOICES@mict.org.za.
