Fraudulent Submission of Documents

Dear Stakeholders,

It has come to our attention that certain stakeholders have submitted fraudulent documents, particularly in relation to stipend proof of payments. We wish to remind all parties that the MICT SETA maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or unethical conduct.

We urge all stakeholders to ensure that all documents submitted are accurate, truthful, and compliant with the stipulated guidelines. The submission of fraudulent documentation constitutes a direct violation of the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and will result in the following actions:

1. Immediate termination of the contract.
2. Potential blacklisting of the service provider.
