Dear MICT SETA Stakeholder,

The Media, Information and Communication Technologies Sector Education and Training Authority (MICT SETA) is currently conducting research to identify the skills gaps that exist in the sector.  The project aims to ensure that the SETA has relevant and up to date information to allow it to perform its strategic skills planning functions as a skills development facilitator. To obtain reliable and informative insights, the SETA humbly requests that you complete the Scarce and Critical Skills Survey. This survey is intended to find out from the stakeholders in the sector what their workplace dynamics have been over the past year and what skills their businesses require.
