Dear Valued Stakeholder,

The MICT SETA wishes to inform all stakeholders that the External Integrated Summative Assessment (EISA), originally scheduled to take place from 27 June 2025 to 30 June 2025, has been postponed. The new assessment dates are 29 September 2025 to 30 September 2025.

This postponement is due to the ongoing evaluation of the assessment instruments by the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO), which are currently pending approval.

The MICT SETA remains committed to ensuring that all assessment instruments and practices adhere to the quality standards prescribed by the QCTO.

 Enrolment Information:

1. Learners must have undergone training, assessment and have been issued with Statements of Results as part of EISA readiness process.

2. The QCTO or its delegated Quality Partner must have conducted the Provider Monitoring visit as part of the EISA readiness process.

3. Enrolments into the EISA must be done directly with the QCTO.

4. Skills Development Providers (SDPs) who have not yet enrolled their learners for the EISA may do so by 30 June 2025.

5. SDPs are encouraged to inform the MICT SETA of all enrolments submitted to the QCTO.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this postponement and appreciates your understanding and continued cooperation.

 Yours in Skills Development,
