Notice: Updated Learner Records

Dear Stakeholders,

The MICT SETA requests all stakeholders who are implementing or have implemented the SETA-funded learning programmes to regularly update the contact details of learners. This applies to both current participants and those learners who have completed their respective learning programmes. Accurate and up-to-date learner information is essential for enabling the MICT SETA to maintain robust records and effectively trace these learners beyond the completion of their programmes.

 To facilitate this process, we urge you to: 

  1. Update learner information directly on the Learner Management System (LMS); or
  2.  For learners processed outside of the system, submit the updated records via email to learnerdata@mict.org.za

We appreciate your cooperation and commitment to maintaining precise records, which play a vital role in ensuring the continued success of our skills development initiatives.
