Strategic Plan and Annual Performance Plan: Strategic Plan is a medium to long-term (usually five-year) roadmap that defines the SETA’s overall goals, priorities, and strategies to support skills development in its sector, while the Annual Performance Plan (APP) breaks this down into specific objectives, targets, and activities to be achieved in a single financial year. Together, they ensure that each SETA’s daily operations and annual outputs align with its long-term vision and national skills development priorities.
